Location Description

The apartment is located on Via Baldo Degli Ubaldi in a neighborhood with shops, a butcher, supermarkets, and restaurants. The underground metro stop, Baldo Degli Ubaldi, is 10 meters from the entrance of the building and in three stops you are about 800 meters (0.5 mile) from St. Peter’s Basilica. Vatican City is known for its impressive museums and beautiful gardens.

Nearby Attractions: Explore a little to the north of the Vatican and you'll find the Prati neighborhood, known for the Mercato Trionfale and Flower Markets. Freshly made pasta, delicious cheese and locally grown produce will keep your eyes and stomach delightfully satisfied. The Borgo neighborhood, just outside the Vatican’s walls, offers medieval charm in a peaceful residential setting. Also nearby is the Piazza di Spagna is one of the best people-watching spots in Rome. Around the piazza are several very well-known tea rooms including the famous Babington’s English Tea Room and the Café Greco, as well as many designer boutique shops. The house where English poets John Keats and Lord Byron lived and died is on the right hand corner, as one begins to climb the 138 infamous Spanish steps.

Sixth Floor (Elevator): Through a large entry hall you’ll find the spacious living and dining area equipped with modern furniture, a 160cm queen sofa bed, satellite TV, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and access to the terrace. A hallway leads to the four bedrooms; each with its own bright, modern décor. The first three each have 160cm queen-sized beds, while the fourth has a narrow 80 cm twin bed, most suitable for a young person. In addition there is a narrow 80cm sofa bed in one of the double bedrooms most suitable for a young person. The rooms share a separate bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. There is also a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.

• The single beds are 80cm and narrow by US standards. They are most suitable for young people.
• Air Conditioning is in all of the rooms, except the kitchen.
