This comfortable, modern apartment, with two sections, is perfect for three couples, since there are three king-size beds.

Location Description

The apartment is located next to the Piazza della Republica, a famous piazza in Rome which has the impressive Fontana delle Naiadi in its center and the 1500s Martyr’s and Angel’s Basilica on its side. The bustling Via Nazionale, one of the most important streets in Rome’s center, starts at the Piazza, and has all the shops, restaurants, and amenities you could ask for. 500 meters away, the nearest metro stop is Termini, which can take you anywhere in the city.

Nearby Attractions: A neighborhood abundant with important historical sites (Roman Forum, Arch of Constantine), the area around the Colosseum is a dream for archaeology buffs. After a full day of sightseeing, head to the Monti neighborhood, a spot growing in favor among locals and visitors. A fashionable bar, La Bottega del Caffe, spills out on to the neighborhood’s main square of Piazza Madonna dei Monti. Ai Tre Scalini is another popular enoteca. Do not miss the vintage market, Mercato Monti, which houses 35 vendors every Sunday (Hotel Palatino Via Leonina 46/48).

Exterior Description

This apartment is located in a typical apartment building in the center of Rome. There are three apartments for rent located in this building: Vesta (second floor), Sabina (third floor), and Nerva (third floor). Nerva can also be rented with an additional suite.

Interior Description

Third Floor (with Elevator): The bright living room has a comfortable couch and a 42" TV as well as a separate corner with a computer workstation and printer. There is a single sofa bed for sleeping one person. The combined dining room and fully-equipped kitchen has a table seating up to eight people. There are two spacious bedrooms each furnished with a four-poster king size bed (180 cm), bedside table, a desk, a twin bed (90 cm), closet and 42" TV. The apartment has a large full bathroom with a shower and a smaller guest bathroom with a toilet and sink.

Suite with connecting door: This stylish small unit, adjacent to Nerva, is accessed by a connecting door that can be opened for a more social feel, or closed for privacy. There is also an independent entrance to the suite. It is composed of a spacious and bright entryway with a minibar corner equipped with a mini-fridge, tea kettle and coffee pot. There is a large bathroom with two sinks and a shower and a magnificent double bedroom with four-poster king size bed (180 cm) and a 42" TV.
