- Exterior Description
Beverley Cottage is a 150 year old semi-detached stone cottage situated in a quiet position in an attractive village in the Tay valley between Pitlochry (9 miles) and Aberfeldy (5 miles). Strathtay is ideally situated for exploring the Central Highlands and is only 1.5 hours drive north of Edinburgh. The village has a general store/post office (2 minute walk), a pub and a hotel. Across the road from the cottage is a 9 hole pay and play golf course. For those seeking greater excitement whitewater rafting on the River Tay can be booked at Aberfeldy. Fishing and shooting can be arranged locally.
- Interior Description
Ground Floor: Hall, sitting room with galleried library, split level kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is a double bedroom (queen-sized bed; 160 cm) with en suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. Twin-bedroom with en suite shower room and WC. Drying room.
First Floor: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and WC.

- No security deposit or cleaning fee is required. However, the client will be liable for any extra charges incurred during the stay, or accidental damages to the property.

Other Notes
- Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in most cottages but must be under proper control at all times. No pets other than dogs are permitted.
- One baby bed and one high chair is available on request for which there is no extra charge
- Housekeeping: Usually available upon request
- Arrival Fee (Outside Posted Times): Payable upon arrival
- Departure Time: 10 am
- Cook Services (If Available): must be arranged at least 2 months prior to arrival
- UPON ARRIVAL, RENTERS MUST PROVIDE A PHOTOCOPY OF EACH TRAVELER’S PASSPORT AND SIGN A CONTRACT FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
- Tourist Tax (Payable upon Arrival): 1-5 Pounds (GBP) per person per day.
