- Exterior Description
Comfortable apartment offering accommodation on one level in the centre of the world famous landmark, The Royal Crescent in Bath - a historic city of Roman features and Georgian architecture. The Crescent overlooks private lawns and the Royal Victoria Park, and is a largely traffic-free, exclusive residential area with a prestigious hotel. The apartment is ideally suited for adult couples requiring ready access to the excellent Theatre Royal, historic sights, fine shops and first class restaurants that Bath has to offer. The city also hosts an internationally renowned Music Festival in May and June each year. The Cotswolds, Oxford, Dorset and London are all within easy traveling distance.
- Interior Description
There is a communal door through the entrance hall to the front door of the apartment. There are narrow stairs leading down to the apartment. There is a kitchen with breakfast table, a bathroom with wc, and a spacious sitting room with dining table. There is a double bedroom with dressing room/study linked to a twin-bedroom with ensuite shower and wc. There is separate access to the twin room from the ground floor patio. There is a very large patio with al fresco dining area and raised terrace garden to the rear with access from the hall and twin-bedroom.

- Overnight parking is available between 6pm and 8am on the street. 2 hour day parking available by use of parking tickets. The nearest public car park is a 3 minute walk. There is free parking 5 minutes away in Victoria Park.

- Guests traveling from London may consider using the train - the journey time is only 1 1/4 hours from London Paddington station.
