The apartment is in the town center of Maiori. The beach and the seaside promenade are right across the street. A market is just outside the main entrance of the apartment building. Wonderful bars, shops, restaurants, markets and necessities like the bank and post office are within a short walking distance. Ferries run daily April-October from Maiori to Capri (1.5 hours and to Ischia (2.5 hours).

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the apartment building and is accessible via an elevator. There is a private L-shaped terrace with a table for 4, for alfresco dining with views.

4th floor (with lift): Lots of windows fill this apartment with light and provide views of the sea, the town center, and the coast. The living/dining room has a table for 4, a flat screen TV, sofa, and a French door opening to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and American coffee maker. The apartment features a large double bedroom with a queen bed (180 cm x 160 cm, which can be made into two twin beds upon request). There is a modern, spacious bathroom equipped with a glass enclosure shower, bath tub, sink, toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The second bedroom has a queen bed (180 cm x 160 cm). There is a small bathroom with a glass enclosure shower, sink and toilet.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable by cash or traveler's checks in euros. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 300 EUR
Additional Expenses
- Cleaning (Mandatory, payable upon arrival) - Weekly Charge: 80 EUR
- Telephone (If Available): According to consumption
- Arrival Fee on Saturday (between 8:00 pm and midnight) Payable upon Arrival: 50 EUR
- Arrival Fee on Sunday (between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm) Payable upon Arrival: 50 EUR
Other Notes
- Heating (in Italy): Allowed by law from November 1 - April 1; some exceptions for extreme weather
- Arrivals on Saturday after Midnight or Sunday after 8:00 pm are Not Accepted!
- UPON ARRIVAL, RENTERS MUST PROVIDE A PHOTOCOPY OF EACH TRAVELER’S PASSPORT AND SIGN A FORM FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES. IF ARRIVING AT DIFFERENT TIMES GUESTS HAVE 24 HOURS TO COMPLETE THIS PROCEDURE OR OWNERS WILL BE FINED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
