When you're not gazing from the balcony, or relaxing inside this sunny Praiano apartment, walk to the beach nearby or take a day trip to one of the neighboring towns such as Positano or Sorrento!

Location Description

The apartment is located 300 meters from the center of Praiano, where there are shops, restaurants, and markets. Praiano is an ancient fisherman's village situated between Amalfi and Positano. Reachable by foot is Praiano's beache,La Gavitella. La Gavitella can be reached by walking along a pedestrian path for 1.5 km, and includes about 380 steps. There are bus stops that go to Positano, Amalfi, and Sorrento. Amalfi is a town that dates back to the 6th century and was once an important trading center with historical and medieval architecture throughout the town. The main sites include the Duomo, in Amalfi's center, the cathedral of Sant' Andrea, which dates back to the 11th century, and the Cloister of Paradise. There is also a museum dedicated to the works of Morelli and a museum where you can view artifacts of Amalfi's long and interesting history. During the summer months, there are daily ferries leaving from Amalfi to Capri, Positano, Sorrento, and Naples, although there are always buses connecting the towns along the Amalfi Coast.

Exterior Description

(100 m2) Set in an elevated position, this property is at the top of a 15-step staircase with views of the Amalfi Coast as well as the island of Capri on a clear day. There are two private terraces, one for each bedroom. The terraces are each furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Access to the property is along a private pathway, which is lit at nighttime, of about 100 meters.

Ground Floor (15 steps lead to the entrance): The living/dining room has a couch, satellite TV, and a table with chairs as well as windows with views of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and kettle, as well as a table with four chairs. The first bedroom is accessible from the living room and has a king-sized bed (180 cm) and doors leading to the terrace. Please note that this bedroom does not have a door, only sliding curtains. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed (180 cm) and doors leading to a second terrace. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower, but the tub has no shower enclosure.The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.
