Exterior Description

This wine producing estate boasts sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside. Expansive grounds include vineyards and olive groves along with an herb garden that will delight the cooks in the family. There is ample outdoor dining, a bbq and bocce court. Pool lounges surround the large infinity edge swimming pool (14m x 7m, with electric pool cover).

Interior Description

Ground Floor: The entrance hall leads to a large open living room with comfortable couches and armchairs providing ample seating along with a working fireplace and satellite TV. This room opens onto a terrace with an herb garden. A separate dining room seats l4. The vaulted kitchen is equipped with a state of the art double oven/stove. The laundry is on this floor.
First Floor: There are 2 master bedrooms on this floor. The first has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom with tub and separate shower. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, fireplace and panoramic terrace. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub and double shower. There is a double bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (most suitable for children), a separate bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Pool Guest House: There is a large open room with a sitting area, double bed with en suite bathroom with a shower and a kitchen/dining area.

Extra Suite: This suite has a cozy sitting room with TV, a kitchen and bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
