Location Description

This property is located only 150 meters from a sandy beach and six kilometers from Porto Heli, a town with a wide variety of things to see and do. In addition to markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, and all the other necessities, Porto Heli offers absolutely gorgeous scenery. The waters are blue and the sand is soft! Plus, there are tons of opportunities to play water sports such as snorkeling, sailing, and scuba diving. The ancient ruins offer a great piece of cultural history and can be visited with a short drive. For 15 days during the months of July and August, the Festival of Arts and Culture is held in the city. During this time there are nightly concerts and music recitals. There is so much going on throughout the year (from book fairs to circuses) that will keep you entertained no matter when you travel!

Exterior Description

This villa rental is comprised of two villas next door to each other. Each is surrounded by a garden that is a mixture of green and colorful flowers. There is a veranda with a dining table, chairs, and barbecue as well as a private swimming pool (5m x 9m) for each villa. A balcony on the first floor of each villa overlooks the swimming pool. Guests meet the owners in Porto Heli and then can be driven or led to the villa on a small, windy road. Parking is available within the grounds.

Interior Description

(270 m2)
Ground Floor: There is a playroom with a couch, TV, DVD player, and pantry as well as a kitchenette equipped with two hot plates and a small fridge. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. Each of the two bedrooms has two 100 cm single beds (the single beds can be pushed together to form a single 200cm bed; upon advance request). The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and steam bath. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, and iron.

First Floor: A staircase leads up to a living room with a couch, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and access to a veranda. The dining room has a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a service bathroom with a toilet.

Second Floor: A staircase leads up to two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, satellite TV, access to a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, access to a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
