This US Virgin Islands villa is centrally located in the middle of St. Thomas making it quick and convenient to visit any part of the island. Whether you decide to search for a restaurant highlighting the local cuisine, which shouldn't be hard, take a submarine ride, or visit an art gallery, coming home to go swimming or a Jacuzzi break almost seem too obvious to mention, but we'll do anyway because it's that great at this holiday home in the Caribbean! Couples or families with kids will find this St. Thomas villa to have just the amenities they're searching for.

Location Description

The villa is located in the Estate Mafolie on the central part of St. Thomas and the nearest is Magens Bay. Although it is the only beach with a small fee, Magens Bay guarantees a one-mile stretch of white sands, palm tree lined shores, and crystal clear waters. Coki Point is a great beach for snorkeling, Lindberg Bay is perfect for relaxing because it's rarely crowded, and Hull Bay is a local favorite. For shopping, dining, nightlife, and even sightseeing, Charlotte Amalie, the US Virgin Islands capital, is definitely the place to go. Here there is a large selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and historical sites. Visitors should also stop by Blackbeard's Castle, a tower built in 1679 by the Danes that became popular from the legend of the pirate Edward Teach, better known as Blackbeard, who used the castle as a lookout. Daily activities can include kayaking, parasailing, diving, boating, or any other imaginable water sport. St. Thomas also has music, art, and dance festivals and lots of enjoyable attractions that include a submarine ride, swimming with the dolphins, and an aerial cable car ride to Paradise Point. Needless to say, you will never run out of things to do!

Exterior Description

This villa is located in a secluded and quiet position surrounded by a garden of tropical trees. Situated on one level, the villa overlooks the harbor as well as Charlotte Amalie. Accessible from the living room is a terrace furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs. There is a private swimming pool (16ft x 27) for the adults as well as a shallow pool (7ft x 7ft) for children. Both pools are surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. Parking is available within the property grounds. Please be aware that two tenants live in an apartment below this villa, but it is completely independent and has a private entrance.

Interior Description

Ground floor: The living room has couches, armchairs, a 46-inch flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player, and sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. There is a separate dining area with a table and chairs. A bar with stools connects the living room to the kitchen, which is equipped with a cook-top, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen are a small nook with a computer that has internet access and a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet. There are four bedrooms one this level: one one side of the living room you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom with two twin beds (which can be joined to form a king-size bed); on the other side of the living room is a bedroom with king-size bed which opens onto the pool deck; the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed and is accessed across the pool deck outside, offering more privacy. Each bedroom has cable TV, DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Lower Level (accessed via a lighted outside stone staircase): Here you will find a recently completed, air-conditioned Guest Suite with a living area, kitchen, and bedroom with king-size bed, cable TV and ensuite bathroom with tiled shower. The suite has access to a covered porch which overlooks the town and harbor.
