Location Description

Villa Leandra is located within the Crete Senesi. The Crete Senesi is the area southeast of Siena and Val d'Orcia. There is a diverse selection of activities and towns to visit to fully enjoy the Crete. The local towns of Asciano, Buonconvento and Serre di Rapolano offer a taste of the local cutlural flavor as well as delicious restaurants. Heading southeast of Siena, the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore is one of the first stops followed by the thermal waters at Rapolano Terme and delicious flavour of white truffles in San Giovanni d'Asso.

Villa Leandra is located on an organic farm close to a small village. The villa is reached via a brief stretch of unpaved road. It features a large car park and a private secondary entrance. The main entrance overlooks the large, fully fenced park. The park contains a swimming pool (6 m x 13m, open May 5 - September 29, 2018) with changing room and bathroom with shower. There are beach umbrellas, deckchairs and a large outdoor sofa. There is also an outdoor dining table for 12.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: There is an entrance-reception room with access to the garden; a spacious living room with two lounge areas, one with a fireplace and one with a TV and card table; and a spacious dining room with a table for 12. A few steps lead down to the kitchen which consists of three rooms: an office with refrigerator, sinks and a dining table; a large pantry; a third room with refrigerator, five burner stove, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher.
The villa has a guest bathroom with sink and toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, drier and ironing area.
Mezzanine Floor: There is a living room with TV, a twin bedroom (80cm x90cm), and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
First Floor: There are two double bedrooms with queen beds (160 x180cm) air conditioning, a bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub and a separate shower. There are a double bedroom with queen bed (160 x 180cm), air conditioning and access to a private terrace, and a twin bedroom (80x90cm) with air conditioning. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink , bathtub and separate shower. There is a large double bedroom with queen bed (160x180cm), air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub and separate shower. There is a bedroom with a small double bed suitable for one person, air conditioning, and en suite bathroom with toilet, sink , bathtub and shower.

• The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms, except for the bedroom on the mezzanine floor.
