The farmhouse is located two kilometers from Monticchiello, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and a market. Monticchiello still has its original city walls, towers, and castle, while the main site is the 13th century gothic church, which contains a beautiful altarpiece. Each summer, the locals put on plays that they themselves have wrote with three acts. The first act takes place in the past, the second act takes place in the present, and the third act takes place in the future. The spa town of Chianciano Terme, among the most famous in Italy, is a fifteen-minute drive away. In addition to spa treatment centers, there are museums, churches, and elegant parks. Excellent day trip destinations include some of the most renowned cities in Tuscany, such as Siena, Cortona, and San Gimignano.

There is a covered dining patio with a table, chairs, fireplace, pizza oven, and barbecue. The private swimming pool (14 m x 7 m) is surrounded by sun loungers, geraniums, roses, lavender, and rosemary plants. Parking is available within the property grounds.
