Ground Floor: The wide entryway opens onto the large living room, which features three sofas, a grand piano, marble fireplace, flat-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the vibrant landscape. The dining room is furnished with a long wood table for 12 and has a large window with views of the grounds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker and a round wooden table for 6. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom, which is off of the living area, is a master with a king-size bed (70 in.), sitting area with a flat-screen TV, a door to the outside, an an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, two closets and a hairdryer. The second bedroom is a guest suite which can be entered through the kitchen area or from the outside. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed (63 in.) and an adjacent bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
First Floor: There are three bedrooms. The first is a master with a king-size bed (70 in.), a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the shade trees, and doors to a private, furnished porch with a sofa and armchairs. A marble dressing table leads to the ensuite bathroom, which has a bathtub, shower, separate toilet and a hairdryer. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds (63 in. each). One room has one queen bed, the other room has two queen beds. They both have vineyard views and access to a wrought-iron veranda, and they share a connected bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
Basement Level: There is a pool table.
Guest Cottage
