Set high overlooking the sea, this unique villa has access to a neighborhood elevator that will take you to a beach that is only for guests of the small residential community! In addition, the villa has a private terrace with wonderful views. Positano is only two kilometers away.

Location Description

The property is located two kilometers from the center of Positano where there are restaurants, shops, ice creameries, markets, a bank, and post office. From the town center is a pedestrian path of 600 meters, which will lead to Spiaggia Grande Beach. There are also bus stops in town that can take you up and down to other beautiful towns along the coast, including Amalfi, which dates back to the 6th century and was once an important trading center. The main sites include the Duomo, in Amalfi's center, the cathedral of Sant' Andrea, which dates back to the 11th century, and the Cloister of Paradise. There is also a museum dedicated to the works of Morelli and a museum where you can view artifacts of Amalfi's long and interesting history. During the summer months, there are daily ferries leaving from Amalfi to Capri, Sorrento, and Naples, although there are always buses connecting the towns along the Amalfi Coast.

Please Note: While the Amalfi Coast is beautiful and charming, it is also steep, with many uphill and downhill stairs and walkways. In general, it is an area that is not kind to those of us with knee or mobility issues. This should be considered before booking a property in this area.

Exterior Description

This villa is situated in a residential community overlooking Positano and the Amalfi Coast. It has a terrace with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. Guests can reserve a parking spot near the entrance of the property for an additional fee. There are two elevators that guests can use. The first elevator leads from the parking area to the villa and the second elevator is for private use of the residential community and leads to the beach.

(70 m2)
Ground Floor: There is a combined living and dining room with a couch, chairs, TV (local channels only), a table with chairs, and access to the terrace. The kitchen corner is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Please Note:

• This villa is in the same neighborhood as Villa Sole and Villa Venere. These villas have access to an elevator in the neighborhood that leads down to a beach.
• The beach access is available from the middle of May to the middle of October, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and there is an elevator to the beach.
