This traditional Tuscan country house offers an extensive private garden, and al fresco dining with peaceful views ideal for a group of friends or a family looking for a one-of-a-kind Tuscan villa experience. Located just west of Florence and near the river Arno, this home is a tranquil Tuscan retreat. A good selection of grocery stores, banks, restaurants and other services can be found in Empoli just 12 km away.

Location Description

This house is located about three kilometers from Limite sull'Arno and is conveniently situated about six kilometers from the Superstrada which connects Florence to Siena. Florence is located only 25 km away. Numerous day trips are possible from this villa: Vinci, Leonardo's birthplace is within driving distance, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, the Chianti region, and beyond. There are two train stations nearby(one in Montelupo Fiorentino and the other in Empoli) for trips into Florence, Certaldo, Siena, Lucca, Pisa.

Exterior Description

(4000 m2) This independent country house is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. It has a private swimming pool (13 x 6 m, 1.1 to 2.5 m deep) and an extensive, private garden with olive trees. The enclosed garden has a dining area with a table, chairs, BBQ, and an oven for pizza. Around the pool there are sun beds, chairs, and umbrellas. Additionally, there is a ping pong table and a football (soccer) field. To reach the villa there is 1.5 km of asphalt road and 1.5 km of unpaved road.

Interior Description

(360 m2)
Ground Floor: The entry leads to the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, American coffee maker, toaster oven, one table and four chairs. From the kitchen there is entrance to a big dining room with a large wooden table where up to 20 people may dine. Downstairs, there is one guest toilet (WC and sink), a living room with Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is a second smaller dining room, perfect for breakfast with table and chairs; from this room it is possible to reach a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
First Floor: From the entry there are about 15 stairs to reach the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In one bedroom there is a queen size bed (160 cm); in another bedroom there is a single bed (100 cm); in the third bedroom there is a queen size bed (160 cm) and a little loft with another single bed (100 cm). The fourth bedroom is a double room with two single beds (100 cm) which can be combined upon prior request. One bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and another bathroom has a shower.
