Exterior Description

(2 acres)
This villa dates back to the 16th century, and has one wing dating back a century earlier. This large estate has a private pool surrounded by a stone patio with nearby sun loungers. The courtyard is dominated by a beautiful, large chestnut tree, and there is a furnished area for al fresco dining.

Interior Description

Main Villa
Ground Floor: This villa is decorated with antiques, old artwork, and modern and stylish furnishings. An entrance hall leads to one of the villa’s two sitting rooms. The dining room has a table and chairs, and the open, modern fully-equipped kitchen has a fireplace and stainless steel counters. There are three bedrooms, each with queen-size beds (160-170 cm) and ensuite bathrooms with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. In addition, there is a TV room.

Annex
Ground Floor: This annex is a wing dating back to the 15th century. There is an entrance hall and two sitting rooms. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160-170 cm) and ensuite bathrooms with bathtub, sink, and toilet.
