The villa is situated on a large estate with a private swimming pool. The terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs for dining al fresco, offers panoramic views the lake.

The property is located two kilometers from Lazise, a name that means “village on the lake” in Latin due to its location on Lake Garda. Lazise’s main section, the historical center, has alleyways bordered by specialty food and wine shops, jewelers, art galleries, and ice cream parlors. Bardolino is known for its wine made from grapes grown in the surrounding hillsides while Garda is considered one of most picturesque with its La Rocca in the background. Verona, the setting for William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, is also perfect for a day trip, as is the bay side town of Salo, and the hilltop town of Valtenesi.

This villa is situated on a large estate with olive groves and vineyards. There is a terrace on the ground level that has an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs for 14 people. This terrace is shaded by a large sun umbrella. A tree-lined area of the garden has a BBQ and seating. A staircase leads down to the private swimming pool (5.5 m x 10 m, Open Mid-April through beginning of October), which is heated by solar panels (which only work on sunny days!). The pool area is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. There is also a covered patio with a fridge, sink, table with chairs, and open-air shower. Parking for four cars is available within the grounds.

Ground Floor: Entering from the patio, there is an elevator and the first of two living rooms with Satellite TV. The second living room has a fireplace and large windows facing the lake and the external terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker. The separate dining room has a table for 14 people. There is one guest bathroom with only a toilet and wash basin.
First Floor: Accessed by either the elevator or the staircase, this floor has four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) with a sitting room and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and an independent shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm), a sitting room, a queen-size sofa bed (160 cm), and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and a communicating sitting room with a queen-size sofa bed (160 cm) as well as en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm), a queen-size sofa bed (160 cm), and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has Satellite TV and a mini bar.

Please Note:
- The pool is open from the beginning of April until the beginning of October.
- Midweek cleaning is each Wednesday. Linens are changed twice per week. For stays over 1 week, the villa is also cleaned on Saturday.
