This villa outside of Palermo is situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by gardens. There's both an internal and external kitchen at this villa in Sicily but should you want to go out for meals, there are restaurants just a kilometer away.

Location Description

The property is located one kilometer from the village of Cinisi, where there are shops, restaurants, a post office, and information center. Cinisi is famous for its annual Carnival Parade held in February where everyone celebrates with costumes, entertainers, and paper maché floats. Palermo, the capital of Sicily, is just 15 kilometers away and has a much wider range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and markets. Renowned for its ancient Norman buildings, the main sites in Palermo include the Palazzo dei Normanni, an Italian palace that is home to the Cappella Palatina, the Teatro Massimo opera house, and the Quattro Canti square. Palermo is a great place to explore and take pictures because it’s full of architecture you'll see nowhere else in the world. Day trip destinations away from the villa can include Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello.

Exterior Description

(2000m2) Nestled in a garden full of Mediterranean plants and various walkways, this villa is in a quiet position. There is a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a cook-top, sink, and barbecue as well as a table with chairs. The private swimming pool (12m x 6m) is surrounded by sun loungers, chairs, and umbrellas as well as a grass-landscaped lawn with trees. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Basement: There is a wine cellar with various wines that are available for purchase.

Ground Floor: The large living room is furnished with couches, chairs, and a fireplace and has a staircase leading up to the first floor. There is a dining room with a table and chairs and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, views over the garden, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

First Floor: The staircase from the living room leads up to a landing with bench seating and onto a room with two couches. There are also three bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second and third bedrooms each have two 90 cm single beds. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
