Each house has 6 bedrooms, air conditioning, an infinity pool, and separate access. The 2 houses have been completely refurbished offering modern deluxe facilities and tasteful decorating. Surrounded by 1.5 hectares of beautiful gardens featuring numerous varieties of roses, olive groves, lavender and huge plane trees, it is a perfect retreat for families, reunions, or groups.

Location Description

Within walking distance of Saint Remy de Provence, this famous village of the Alpilles, has excellent shopping, quiet cafes and restaurants. Be sure to take in the popular Wednesday market. Saint Remy is only 18 km from the large city of Avignon, famous for its festival theatre, art galleries, cultural events, gastronomic restaurants and TGV station. Situated between the Luberon, Camargue and Cevennes, Saint Remy is only 50 minutes by car from the Marseille International Airport.

Main House
An inviting modern infinity swimming pool (17m x 6m) finished in dark olive, overflowing into a 10 m2 wading area (20 cm deep), and a Jacuzzi with counter-current swimming, is surrounded by olive trees and has a lovely view of the farmhouse and rose gardens. Pass through 3 forged iron archways to the enclosed French lavender garden with a pond and fountain. An impressive arbor leads to the spacious covered outdoor living area with a large Provençal fireplace, double wooden table that seats 24. There is a fully equipped summer kitchen, a sauna, shower, WC and BBQ.

Guest House
An enclosed garden boasts a basin style pool (13m x 4m) with Jacuzzi jets and natural stone decking. The pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. There is a shower and WC.

Main House
Ground Floor: The very large living area is made up of three rooms and has air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD Player, CD player, Ipod docking station, wireless internet, printer, fax machine, and a fireplace. The fully equipped large kitchen has a Falcon 110 stove, large American style refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, steam oven, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, steamer, wine cellar cupboard, juicer and back office. There is a laundry with dryer and washer.
First Floor: There are 4 bedrooms on this floor. There is a master bedroom (70 m2) with king size bed (180 cm), TV, DVD player, numerous wardrobes, window screens and air conditioning. There is a large bathroom with shower and tub. The toilet is separate. A large terrace (30 m2) with magnificent view of the Alpilles overlooks the gardens. This room has independent access via an exterior terrace-patio.
Bedroom 2 (25 m2) is a beautiful room with king size bed (180 cm), TV, window screens, air conditioning, and a large ensuite bathroom with tub and WC. This bedroom has a view of the gardens and fountain.
Bedroom 3 (20 m2) has a queen size bed (160 cm) with window screens, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with tub and WC. This bedroom also has a view of the gardens and fountain.
Bedroom 4 is a small bedroom at the north end of the house with a queen size bed (160 cm), window screens, and a separate bathroom with shower and WC. A portable fan is available for this bedroom.
Second Floor: Bedrooms 5 and 6 combine to form a suite with a shared bathroom with tub, shower and separate toilet. The main bedroom has a king size bed (180 cm), air conditioning, window screens, TV, and DVD player. The other bedroom is ideal for children with 2 single beds (90 cm), a bed chair (90 cm), window screens, and air conditioning.

Ground Floor: An entry hall with separate WC leads to the spacious living room with fireplace and a large library. There are 2 kitchens on this floor. The main kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and food processor. The back kitchen has a American style refrigerator, large sink, washing machine, clothes dryer, wine refrigerator and ironing board. Bedroom 1 opens to the gardens and has a king size bed (180 cm), air conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, WC and double sink.
Bedroom 2 opens to the gardens and has a king size bed (180 cm), dressing room, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, WC, double sink.
First Floor: Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed (160 cm) with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower, WC, and double sink. There is a small adjoining room which can be used as a nursery (baby room) or a dressing room.
Bedroom 4 has a king size bed (180 cm), air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, WC and double sink. It also has a small adjoining room which can be used as a nursery (baby room) or a dressing room.
Bedroom 5 has a king size bed (180 cm), air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, WC and double sink.
Bedroom 6 has a mezzanine that can be provided with either 2 single beds (90 cm), or a king size bed (180 cm), plus one single bed (90 cm). It has air conditioning and a bathroom with shower, WC and double sink, and is an excellent space for children.

Annex: This large summer living room overlooks the swimming pool and has with a kitchen, a large Provençal fireplace, sofas, and air-conditioning. There is a gym room with an infrared sauna, chromo therapy, CD player, exercise machines, shower and WC.

Please Note:

• This property can be rented individually under the names Angelique or Dahlia to accommodate less people.
• There is no phone line available.
• There is a handy man on site for 2 hours every afternoon and a gardener/pool maintenance personnel on site most days.
• The king size beds can be configured as two single beds on request.
• The property is located on the road to the small village of Maillane.
• There is a petanque court on the property.
• Both houses have monitored security alarm service.
• There is a 2 week minimum rental period during the peak season (July 10-August 20)
• Pool Heating must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Weddings and social events are accepted only with pre-approval from the property manager and owner. Please inquire for more info.
• Housekeeping is provided for 4 hours each day from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Additional Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.
