Location Description

The center of Gujan-Mestras is located less than two kilometers from the villa and is a village featuring a good selection of shops, markets, restaurants, and bistros as well as a very delicious bakery. This town is also situated in Bassin d'Arcachon, which is considered a natural treasure of the French Coast. The actual town of Arcachon is only seven kilometers away and is definitely worth a trip or two. There are beaches, restaurants, a daily indoor market, a tri-weekly outdoor market, and lovely shops and boutiques. Here visitors can also take a ferry boat to the town of Cap Ferret, which is surrounded by a pine forest, dunes, and several kilometers of beaches. Other great places to see are the River Eyre, Lake Cazaux, and Bordeaux.

Exterior Description

(3500 m2) This villa is situated in a large garden with magnolia, pine, and palm trees as well as many different kinds of plants and flowers. There is a terrace accessible furnished with a table and chairs and a private swimming pool (11.5m x 6m) surrounded with sun loungers. The property is behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: The entrance hall leads to a living room with a fireplace, couches, armchairs, satellite TV, and a French doors opening to the terrace. A sitting room has more couches and armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, and coffee maker as well as a dining table with chairs. There is a utility room nearby with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and the second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and separate WC.
First Floor: The entrance hall has a staircase that leads up to the first floor where there are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, WC, and a shower. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds, the third bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has a 140 cm double bed (which is comfortable for one and cozy for two). There is a second bathroom with two sinks, a shower, tub, and separate WC.
