Overall:
No surprises, just like the pictures on the web site.
Enjoyed Most:
Quiet, nice countryside view, A/C worked well.
Enjoyed Least:
ONE (1) plug for toaster, coffee machine, kettle.
There was no place to put the soap and shampoo. The electric cost was higher than we expected.
Surrounding Area:
Lots of nice villages to visit. I just loved the driving in these winding, hairpin narrow roads. Loved it.
Nearby Events or Locales:
It was a 15-minute drive.
Tips or Restaurants:
Good restaurants in Orciatico la Mangiatoia.
In Volterra we liked Trattoria Poggio.
Bring own soap, shampoo, extra bath towels if you like them.
Directions:
We found the place by accident. Stopped to ask directions only to find out we had arrived at the location!
GPS is a MUST.
Check In Out:
