Overall:
An excellent, peaceful and immaculately clean villa.
Enjoyed Most:
The peacefulness and view. Nunzia was a wonderful hostess. She brought us a salad for our supper since we arrived late without provisions. She also made fresh eggs from her hen coop available.
Enjoyed Least:
The directions to get there were very obscure. A map would have helped with distances indicated (e.g. follow Piano di Sorrento for 5 km to the top of the hill where you intersect with a major highway, turn left and take an immediate switchback left, et cet).
Surrounding Area:
Around the villa, olive trees and flowers. The swimming pool was on a level below and unheated but clean.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Piano di Sorrento is too far to walk but only 5 minutes by car.
Tips or Restaurants:
If you do not speak some Italian, you may be handicapped for directions. If you are fearful of driving on two-lane twisty roads with oncoming cars, scooters, motorcycles and tour buses, beware!! We met some tourists who had hired a car and driver.
Directions:
We did not use a GPS since this was not a feature we requested in our rental car. A map would have helped a lot since available maps did not have sufficient detail for this area. Even Google maps had insufficient detail.
Check In Out:
Nunzia was a great hostess both for check-in and check-out.

Overall:
Excellent! I would love to return to Casa Livia and would definitely recommend it to friends.
Enjoyed Most:
The garden was beautiful and so peaceful. The house was charming and extremely clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen (including fruits, eggs, and wine brought by the owner and grown by her).
Enjoyed Least:
The directions to access the property.
Surrounding Area:
Our visits to the Amalfi coast.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Piano di Sorrento. A car is mandatory!
Tips or Restaurants:
The property is located on a hill, therefore you need to be in good walking shape!
