No, it went very smoothly. The property manager, Alexandra, was very good.

Overall:
Very good to excellent. The manager was very good... location was amazing, apartment was very comfortable.
Enjoyed Most:
Probably the location. Centrally located... and we loved Siena.
Enjoyed Least:
Climbing up and down three flights of steps every time we came and went. Also, the showers were VERY small!!
Surrounding Area:
Having our base in Siena was perfect. Loved the town and easy to take day trips from there. We loved the whole region of Tuscany.
Nearby Events or Locales:
We were in the heart of Siena so everything was walking distance!!
Tips or Restaurants:
The apartment was great, but could have used some toiletries. Small soaps, shampoos and conditioners would have been nice as well as some extra towels.
Directions:
I think the address is self explanatory. Anyone locally that knows Siena has no problem with the address.
Check In Out:
All of the check in and check out process went very smoothly.
