Overall:
Beautiful villa, but somewhat remote. Stairs everywhere--the pool is on the 4th level. The village of Furore is an uphill 1.5 km walk.
Enjoyed Most:
View and inside villa were amazing.
Enjoyed Least:
Stairs, and walk to bus stop and market. We had a difficult time finding the villa.
Surrounding Area:
Path of the Gods (Bomerano to Positano) is a beautiful hike.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Praiano--we were told we could not walk there but others said there was a trail. Furore is a small village, 1.5 km uphill, with a pizzeria, market, pharmacy, and bus stop. Sita bus schedule is hard to follow. We discovered a tourist bus that came 3-4x day for 2 Euros that went to Amalfi.
Tips or Restaurants:
A cell phone is a must. The property has no phone and there is no phone in Furore. Driving is challenging due to curvy roads.
Directions:
We did not have car. Our driver was hired by RentVillas.
