Overall:
Lovely - great location at a very fair price. Convenient to the coast.
Enjoyed Most:
Views from all the rooms and very comfortable. Super close to village activities yet peaceful, too. Loved the wonderful window/doors off bedrooms providing amazing vineyard panoramas.
Enjoyed Least:
No WiFi which made daily planing a challenge.
Surrounding Area:
Grimaud is close to everything on the coast- St tropez, St maxime as well as many vineyards and quaint hill towns.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Grimaud- yes, within walking -home is located on the edge of the village.
Tips or Restaurants:
House is well equipped - needed nothing except WiFi (tourism office has it if you can be there at office hours). Best restaurant very close- L'Ecurie de la Marquise- amazing! Do not skip dessert!

Directions provided were perfect.

Overall:
The house had all the amenities of our home in America. The dishes, glasses and cooking utensils were clean and very nice, almost new.
Enjoyed Most:
The views from the patio and having meals out there as well.
Enjoyed Least:
The parking space was not large enough for the car we had so we parked across the street.
Surrounding Area:
The house was centrally located to the major highways to do day trips whether to Nice, St Raphael or Avignon.
Nearby Events or Locales:
The nearest small town was Port Grimaud and it was not in walking distance.
Tips or Restaurants:
Ask for additional bath towels as we were there for a week and had to use one bath towel. We found out that we could have gotten extra towels for an additional cost.
Directions:
Directions were spot on and we did not use a GPS.
Check In Out:
It was smooth including the late arrival.

Overall:
A great property. Grimaud is the perfect small hill town - with lots to do and see...and a great base for day trips.
Enjoyed Most:
Fully equipped, modern, quiet street, reserved parking space, comfortable, great views.
Surrounding Area:
Lots of hill towns; not far from beaches; great hiking.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Grimaud is the town. This property is a couple minutes from restaurants and town center.
Tips or Restaurants:
Lots of good places to eat - too many to visit in a single week.
Try Restaurant St Joseph--it's a great find...atmosphere and fun.
Check In Out:
Contact is via an office a few miles away from property. Easy to find - good directions. They then took us to property and gave orientation. When we left we dropped the key at the office
