Overall:
Wonderful! Loved the location of this Villa within the Trastevere area of Rome.
Enjoyed Most:
Location! Just outside of downtown Rome. A small area that is still old style Rome.
Enjoyed Least:
There is a Vespa mechanic a couple doors down. You hear them constantly and can be quite annoying if you like your windows open!!
Surrounding Area:
Everything within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes,grocery store and small shopping. A cab station was close, too, for those trips downtown if not up to the walk.
Nearby Events or Locales:
I felt like I was in the small town area of Rome!
Tips or Restaurants:
Hassan the caretaker will give you a map that contains great restaurants in the close vicinity of the Villa. They were all wonderful.
Directions:
I had a car set up to pick me up through Rentvillas. It took the worry away of finding the property.
Check In Out:
Hassan was wonderful showing how everything worked and how close I was to all the sites, restaurants etc. There are two sets of stairs into the Villa that were not mentioned. Thank goodness for Hassan!
