The villa is in Montecatini Terme and it isn't within walking distance.
Tips or Restaurants:
Coffee is always a good thing to bring. However, the local supermarket has just about everything one needs. A good restaurant is a short walk up the hill from the villa.
Directions:
So as not to spend a lot of time trying to find the property, we called the owner of the property and met him at the train station. GPS does not work getting you to the property.

We had a great week. Stefano is a gracious host.

The view and the veranda/patio by the pool. Also the grounds of the property were neat to walk around in.

Montecatini Terme was an excellent little town.

Montecatini Terme. Could be if you don't mind a long walk.
Tips or Restaurants:
Go to the restaurant that Stefano suggests...the one that is probably 800 meters from the house.
Directions:
That's a good question. Key is probably to get people to that point right before you have to drive up the narrow road to the property. Definitely get there before night.
