Amazing villa, exceptional services and help from the local management staff. A wonderful experience.

Parking was a bit tight.

Close to all major towns, restaurants, excellent location to take day trips.

Panzano, but not walking distance.

Overall a great experience staying in a beautiful villa.

Overall:
The villa was wonderful. It has everything that we were hoping for and more.
Enjoyed Most:
With 10 people at the villa, we never felt out of space. The villa is designed in such a way that everybody can feel at ease all the time.
Enjoyed Least:
There is really nothing that comes to mind. It would be wrong to search for something negative, if there wasn't anything.
Surrounding Area:
The views from the villa are spectacular in all directions.
Furthermore there are a number of villages and towns within relatively short distances that are worth a visit.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Panzano is within walking distance, but walking along the Via Chiantigiana may not be recommended.
Tips or Restaurants:
Good restaurants in the immediate neighborhood are
- Osteria alla Piazza (La Piazza - Castellina)
- Enoteca Baldi (Panzano)
- Ristorante Oltre Il Giardino (Panzano)
Many more restaurants in the surrounding towns.
Also, they have excellent wine vintages at Monte Bernardi. The tasting room is next to the villa.

Both check in and check out were easy.

Enjoyed Most:
The house was beautiful, and really well appointed. Gorgeous glasses, dishes, furnishings, etc.
Enjoyed Least:
Too far from the town to walk. The caretakers are also the owner/vintners, which wasn't an inconvenience, as they were never intrusive, but they are right there.
Surrounding Area:
Very central and scenic.
Tips or Restaurants:
Stay with what the owners recommend. They have done their homework and are very knowledgeable.
