The third bedroom has two twin beds, a private sun terrace, and en-suite bathroom with tub. There is also a small bedroom with a double bed and a small kitchen area (ideal for a nanny or staff member). There is a separate bathroom.
Lower Level: There is double sofabed which is comfortable for two children.

Security Deposit
- A security deposit authorization form will be included with your rental voucher. Please submit this to the property manager prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 5000 EUR
