There is a private swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, open May 1 to September 30), a large garden with fruit trees (tangerine, orange, kiwi and pear trees), fountains, and a spacious panoramic terrace with barbecue and a gazebo for al-fresco dining. Parking is available within the grounds.

Second Floor: There is a living-room with satellite TV, a laundry area, and four bedrooms with air conditioning. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, a twin-bedded room, a double bedroom, and a double bedroom with an extra single bed. There are two bathrooms with shower.

This building was an old mill that was restored. It is available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.
