Featuring a private staircase with steps leading down to a pebble beach, you and your large group can enjoy the sea. Location Description

This villa is located close to the small village of Nerano where you will find some excellent restaurants. A lovely town not far from the property is Sorrento, which is filled with life, good food, and great shopping. Interesting sights include the 10th century Basilica di San Antonio and the 11the century Cathedral.. Saint Anthony is the patron of navigators, and sailors have made thousands of votive offerings at his tomb in the crypt. The 11th century Cathedral is also beautiful, housing some frescoes and a bell tower with a ceramic clock. The cloisters of Saint Francis are interesting because they have been "restored" many times over the centuries, resulting in an impressive display of architectural styles from late gothic to the renaissance. The "Sorrento Summer of Music" is also held at the cloisters, every year from July to September, and features international musicians performing alongside of emerging musical talents. Great day trip destinations include Positano, Amalfi, and Naples.

Exterior Description

The gulf of Nerano is one of the few places along the Amalfi Coast that has easy access to the sea and this villa lies inside a residential area that looks straight onto that sea. The villa has undergone a recent renovation that has completely changed its original look, with architectural modifications of high prestige and elegant furnishings of exceptional quality, thus becoming one of the most important villas on the coast. The floors and bathrooms have all been done with prestigious Vietri ceramics. From the living-room on the ground floor you go straight out onto the large terrace looking onto the sea where there is a large swimming-pool with hydro-massage, and going down a private flight of steps (128 steps), you come to the pebble beach. The terraces have relaxation areas with outdoor furniture and tables for dining outside. In the little village of Nerano and along the coast towards Massa Lubrense, you will find excellent restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Private parking for 3/4 cars.

Ground Floor: There is a large living room leading to a games area, bar area, office, and access to the panoramic terrace with swimming-pool and descent to the sea. There are two bedrooms on this floor; a queen sized bedroom and a bathroom with Whirlpool tub, sink and toilet; and another queen sized bedroom, and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

First Floor: This floor has a small living-room and three bedrooms. The first is a queen sized bedroom and bathroom with Whirlpool tub, toilet and sink. The second is a queen sized bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third is the master bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with Whirlpool tub, sink and toilet and access to the panoramic terrace.

Floor Below: The dining room and living room have access to the third panoramic terrace. On this floor, there is a kitchen with small wine-cellar and refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher and microwave. This level has direct access to the parking area. There are two bedrooms on this floor; a queen sized bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink; and another queen sized bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a laundry room with washing-machine and dryer.
