Basement: The lounge has a living area with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), a TV, a small pool table, and a small dining table with chairs. There is also a sleeping area with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, washing machine and hairdryer. The basement is equipped with air conditioning/heating.
