Ground Floor: There is a spacious living room with large TV and plush sofas, a dining area featuring a table for up to 18 guests, a modern fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, and a drawing room with a beautiful grand piano. There is one bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with toilet, sunk and shower.
First Floor: There are five bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (can be made as two twin beds on request) and ensuite bathrooms with sink, toilet and either shower or tub. Four of the bathrooms have a shower, while one has a tub.

Security Deposit
- Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to post a check to Rentvillas.com in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 3 weeks of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay.
