There are two bedrooms each with king-size beds (can be made as two twin beds on request), en-suite bathrooms with sink, toilet, shower and tub, and direct access to a balcony. There is a smaller bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, and direct access to terrace. There is also a room with a queen size sofa-bed and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
First Floor: There are two bedrooms each with a king-size bed (can be made as two twin beds on request), TV, safe, en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, and direct access to a balcony.

Security Deposit
- Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to post a check to Rentvillas.com in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 3 weeks of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay.
