There is a beautiful garden that slopes down towards the sea, a lounge area with sofas, a shaded courtyard for outdoor dining with barbecue and a sun-terrace. There is a private access to the sea via stone stairs (not recommended for small children or those with walking difficulties).

FIRST FLOOR: There is a lounge, dining area, and spacious kitchen with fireplace, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. There is a double bedroom with air conditioning, a single bedroom with a small double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a small private bathroom with shower. There is another double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.

- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 700 EUR
