The famous resort lakeside town is renowned for its boutique gift shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, fashionable Lido and Villa Mezi gardens. The town is easily accessible by road from Lecco and by car-passenger ferry, thanks to its central lake crossings to Varenna, Cadenabbia and Menaggio.

The villa features breathtaking lake views and several terraces with sun loungers and tables and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a swimming pool (3m x 8m) and a children's pool (0.8 m deep, both open June 1 - September 30). Parking is available for up to 10 cars.

Third Floor (entrance level): There is a living room with access to the terrace and a spacious designer kitchen with dining area.
Second Floor: There is another living room and fully-equipped designer kitchen.
The first bedroom has two twin beds which can be joined to make a double bed, access to a terrace, and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be joined to make a double bed, and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The third bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds which can be joined to make a double bed and access to a terrace. The fifth, sixth, and seventh bedrooms each have two twin beds which can be joined to make a double bed. There are two additional bathrooms each with tub/shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
