Families with kids are in for a treat during their stay at this rural wonderland! The villa is set in a park – that’s right, a park – which has an area with a donkey and sheep for children to pet or feed. Kids will also enjoy their own private playground, which includes a swing set and slide. There’s also a swimming pool on the property. Parents will enjoy their own inner child on the rural grounds, which are just a few miles from city center.

The house is located on the hills of Verona, with panoramic views of the city center. It is situated in a chic residential area, just a two minute drive to City Center. The area is prestigious, very quiet and well served by the public transportation system. Charming restaurants are within walking distance, and one of these restaurants produces its own red Valpolicella wine!

The villa is located within a park, with tall trees, a small working farm, vineyard, and olive grove. The outdoors areas feature a salt water pool (17 m x 7 m, not heated), large solarium with BBQ, and a gazebo. The pool area has a bathroom with shower. There is a Foosball table and other games for the guests' enjoyment. A wonderful collection of modern art sculptures (some created by the owner) dot the garden, creating magical spaces and whimsical discoveries. Guests are welcome to pick fresh vegetables from the garden. Children and adults alike will delight in feeding a donkey and sheep that are in a protected are of the park.

First Floor: The living room has a fireplace and satellite TV (with English channels). The large dining room features works of art, a fireplace, and a table for 10 people. There is also an office space and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
Second Floor: The master bedroom has a king size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), an ensuite bathroom with large double Jacuzzi tub with a fabulous view. There is a bedroom with single bed and another single can be added(100 cm x 190 cm), bedroom with queen-size bed (180 cm x 190 cm), and bedroom with French double bed (145 cm x 190 cm, comfortable for one person, cozy for two). These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sauna, sink, toilet and bidet.

- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 500 EUR
