Overall:
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. While simple, it met our needs and was in a very convenient location.
Enjoyed Most:
We liked the large shower and we appreciated having plenty of bath towels! The kitchen was well equipped and the WIFI was great. The pull out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable too.
Enjoyed Least:
While we appreciated having a washing machine with a dry cycle, we did have to hang clothes to dry overnight (using the rack provided) - which was a little bit inconvenient in the small apartment. Also, it would be helpful to have a toilet paper holder installed in the bathroom.
Surrounding Area:
Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as 3 metro stations within a short walk. We especially loved the Pizza Capri and Boulangerie Julien located on the same street. We also enjoyed the Amorino Gelato just a short walk away.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Located in the center of Paris - everything is within walking distance or easy reach with the metro.
Tips or Restaurants:
Pizza Capri (almost next door) - loved the Pizza Orientale Boulangerie Julien (down the same street) - delicious pastries, quiches, and sandwiches. Amorino Gelato is always fabulous! We recommend getting a weekly metro pass (must purchase on Monday) - just be sure to add your small passport size photo to the card (you can bring one from home or use the Photomaton in the metro station). Much more convenient that using single tickets!
Directions:
Easy to find the property. We took the metro and RER and had to change lines a few times to get to the airport, but since we only brought carry on suitcases, it was no problem.
