This stunning luxury villa is set majestically on the outskirts of Florence, and features breathtaking views of the Renaissance city and its magnificent cathedral, the Duomo. The villa dates back to 14th century and was once the residence of a renowned Renaissance painters. The estate includes a pond, oak and cypress trees, olive groves, and vineyards. There are two beautifully designed swimming pools and the infinity swimming pool can be heated on request. Guests will enjoy dining al fresco and may enjoy fresh produce from the vegetable garden.

Main Villa (sleeps 12): There is a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and six bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The beds in each room can be made as two twin beds or a king-size bed.
Annex A (sleeps 8): There is a living area, fully equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In three of the rooms the beds can be made as two twin beds or a king-size bed. In the fourth bedroom there is a queen-size bed.
Annex B (sleeps 4): There is a living area, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The beds in each room can be made as two twin beds or a king-size bed.

- Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to post a check to Rentvillas.com in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 3 weeks of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay.
