The villa is located on an olive orchard estate and features breathtaking views of the valley and the famous Tuscan rolling hills. There is a loggia with outdoor furniture and
a covered terrace with barbecue and table for 12 people, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a private pool and a sundeck.

Ground Floor: There is a spacious living room with sitting area and a dining area with a table for 10 people. There is also a cozy TV room and a large kitchen.
Upper Floor: There are three bedrooms, each with queen-size bed, decorative fireplace, and en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a bedroom with queen-size bed with a sloped ceiling and en suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom has two twin beds (can be combined to make a queen-size bed on request), decorative fireplace, and en suite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have a air conditioning and each bathroom has a hair dryer.
