Location Description

This villa is located on a cliff above Positano, just a short walk to the city center, where there are restaurants, shops, ice creameries, markets, a bank, post office, and the Spiaggia Grande Beach. There are also bus stops that can take you to other beautiful towns along the Amalfi coast. During the summer months, there are daily ferries leaving from Positano to Capri, Sorrento, and Naples, making great day trips.

Please Note: While the Amalfi Coast is beautiful and charming, it is also steep, with many uphill and downhill stairs and walkways. In general, it is an area that is not kind to those of us with knee or mobility issues. This should be considered before booking a property in this area.

Exterior Description

This unique 17th century villa features a lovely lemon tree garden, a stunning free-form swimming pool and whirlpool, sun deck, BBQ, and a terrace surrounded by fruit trees with a round stone table for outdoor dining. The views are postcard-worthy and will remain etched in your memory forever. From the street level, a pergola with flowers leads to the villa entrance. Parking is available at a nearby garage for an extra cost.

Interior Description

Ground Floor (accessible from the garden only): The large dining room has a dining table for up to 10 guests and a sitting area with French doors leading to the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a wood oven and Vietri majolica tile decor. There is one bedroom with a king size (180 cm x 200 cm) bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

First Floor: There is a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 4 people and direct access to the garden with al-fresco dining area. There is a reading alcove with rattan couch and large French doors opening onto the garden and panoramic terrace. There is one king bedroom (180 cm x 200 cm) with direct access to the garden, and en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is a bedroom with queen size bed(160 cm x 180 cm), access to the terrace, and en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, Jacuzzi and wall-mounted shower. There is a bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm x 180 cm)and en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is a loft with a single bed (160 cm x 70 cm) with en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, suitable for a child.
