With an enchanting view of the Comacina Island, this lakeside villa offers an idyllic setting. There is a large private garden with centuries-old olive trees and a swimming pool with sun beds. There is a bathroom with shower near the pool. There is also a covered sitting and dining area with barbecue. There is a private parking area and a jetty for boats.

Ground Floor: There is a large living area with one side facing the lake and one side facing the beautiful garden. The living area includes a sitting room with fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player, a dining area, and kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, tea kettle, and dishwasher.
There is also a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
First Floor: There are three double bedrooms with queen beds (160 x 180), each with its private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. One of the bedrooms also has an additional single bed. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a lake view terrace.
There is a laundry room with washing machine.
