This lovely villa is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves. There is swimming-pool (6 m x 12 m) which is shared with the owners and a private outside seating area with barbecue.

Main building (140 m2)
Ground floor: There is a large dining room, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (no window), and a washing-machine and dryer.
First floor: (access from the outside) There is a large living-room with satellite TV and double sofa-bed, a dining-room, and kitchen corner with stove, oven, small microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. There are two double bedrooms with queen beds (160x180) with air-conditioning and two bathrooms each with sink, toilet and shower.
Annex 1 (70 m2) located 150 meters away from the main house
Ground floor: There is a living-room with air-conditioning and satellite TV, dining area and kitchen corner with stove, oven, dishwasher, and espresso machine. There is a double bedroom with a queen bed (160 x180)with en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is another double bedroom with queen bed (160 x 180), and a separate bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The bedrooms each have air-conditioning. There is a washing-machine and dryer.
Annex 2 (70 m2) located 150 meters away from the main house (next to Annex 1)
Ground floor: living-room (satellite TV) with dining area and kitchen corner with stove, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and espresso machine. There is a double bedroom with a queen bed (160 x 180) and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is another double bedroom with queen bed (160 x 180), a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is a washing machine in a storage room.. The living room and the bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning.
