This apartment is one of five apartment units in a building on the countryside estate. Two villas are also on the property. The apartment building has a shared unheated swimming pool(12 m x 5 m x 1.10 m).

Ground Floor: There is a living area with a sofa bed, armchairs and satellite TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker, Espresso maker, kettle, and iron with ironing board.
First Floor: There is a double bedroom (200 cm x 160 cm) and a twin bedroom (200 cm x 80 cm, can be joined together). The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
