This bright and well-furnished villa has large doors opening to the wrap-around furnished terrace with Jacuzzi. Menaggio, the largest town in the central lake area, which includes Varenna and Bellagio, is 3 km away (a 5-minute drive) and boasts a charming historic center. The town has a wide range of delicatessens and grocery shops, a scenic lakefront promenade with cafes and the largest lido on the lake, Lido Giardino Menaggio, which has a large pool (25 m), children’s pool, and a beach with sun loungers, lake access, volleyball, playground and a pizzeria. There is very good public transportation via buses and ferries. Bellagio and Varenna are also important to visit, even if the former is filled with tourists during the summer season. A car is essential.
Nearby Attractions: The Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club and the Loveno tennis club are nearby. If traveling in the winter time, make the most of the Swiss/Italian Lake District and go hiking or skiing in the Italian Alpine ski resorts of the area.

This lovely villa sits within a private garden, surrounded by trees, with lake and mountain views. Accessible from the entire first level, a large covered terrace offers a place to put up your feet after a long day of exploring and leads to the side of the house which
features an al fresco dining area and an in-ground Jacuzzi (can be heated upon request for an extra cost). Chairs and sun loungers circle the Jacuzzi. The villa’s ground level is a private garage with parking for two cars.

Ground Level: The villa’s garage.
First Level: The villa’s living room is furnished with a large l-shaped sofa, a fireplace, and underfloor heating. It features a flat screen, HD satellite TV, wireless internet, and direct access out to the private terrace. The dining area sits open to the kitchenette, which is well-equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, electric tea kettle, American coffee maker, and dishwasher. Three sets of French doors lead out to the villa’s balcony and patio, furnished with a table and chairs. There is a guest bathroom with a toilet room.
Second Level: A double bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) features an ensuite bathroom with a shower and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds (can be joined, upon prior request), and the third bedroom has a double sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have French doors that open to the beautiful views of the lake. A large family bathroom features a bathtub with a showerhead.
