Location Description

The property is ideally located at the entrance of the village of Saint-Remy-de-Provence, a quiet area yet close to amenities. It is within walking distance to the village center (2 km), where there are excellent shops, quiet cafes and restaurants. Be sure to take in the popular Wednesday market. Saint Remy is only 18 km from the large city of Avignon, home to a famous theater festival, art galleries, cultural events, gastronomic restaurants and TGV station. Situated between the Luberon, Camargue and Cevennes, St Remy is only 50 minutes by car from the Marseille International Airport.

Exterior Description

The gated grounds feature palm trees, regional plants, grass and stone gravel. A large stone terrace wraps around the house and features a shaded dining area with two tables, one seating up to 8 and the other seating up to 6. A second gate leads to the heated swimming pool (open April - October), which is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. This area is bordered by the pool house, which has an outdoor hammock, while inside there is a dining table and two extra bedrooms. There is also a plancha grill.

Interior Description

Main House (300 m2)
Ground Floor: The living room is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, fireplace and doors to the terrace. The movie theater features a large screen, 16 authentic cinema seats and a wide selection of French- and English-language films. The kitchen features a stove, oven, dishwasher, dining table for up to 8 and an adjoining laundry room with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and board.
First Floor: There is an open space containing a library, and there are five bedrooms, all with queen-size beds (160 cm). Two of the bedrooms have an extra single bed (90 cm). One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer, which is shared by two of the bedrooms. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with sink, toilet, and tub with handheld shower.

Pool House
There is a dining table for up to 6, a refrigerator and two extra bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the second has a large single bed (120 cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
