This charming first-floor apartment offers beautiful views of the central lake and boasts an ideal location in the heart of Bellagio. From tree-lined promenades with quaint cafes to beautiful gardens and world-class water sports, the many enticements of Bellagio are all within easy reach from this well-positioned retreat.

Location Description

The apartment is located near the water’s edge in the heart of Bellagio, with views of the renowned lakefront. The town’s historic cobbled streets are just outside the doorstep and are home to charming restaurants, cafes (including the famous Bar San Remo) and quaint shops selling local crafts, goods and produce. Lakeside walkways and promenades are perfect for romantic strolls while a visit to the Promontory promises great views. The main sights are St. James Basilica, Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni, and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports. Day trips can include Lecco, Como, and Milan. Ferry service is located 30 meters away. The ferry travels to the other famous Golden Triangle resort towns of Varenna and Menaggio, as well as to Cadenabbia, which offers easy access to Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello.

Exterior Description

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an internal staircase (no elevator). Public parking is located 100 m away and is available for a minimum cost of 8 Euros per day.

Interior Description

An internal staircase (approx.55 steps) leads to the apartment. There is no elevator.
First Floor: The living room is furnished with a leather sofa (converts to a single sofa bed, 90 cm), an armchair, flat-screen TV, dining table for 4 and views of the Bellagio lakefront. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle and a breakfast table for 4. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and partial lake views, while the second bedroom has two narrow single beds (80 cm each, most comfortable for young people) and partial lake views. There is one bathroom, which has a shower, sink and toilet.
