Located on St John right above Rendezvous Bay, this villa possesses stylish interiors and an ideal floor plan for entertaining and gathering—the central living space is all on one level. Spend your days lounging in the Infinity pool, fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen, and dine alfresco beneath the elegant covered pavilion. Nearly every room has a sea view and guests will find it hard to tear themselves away from the coastal elegance and comfort this unique villa has to offer.

Location Description

The villa is located above Rendezvous Bay on the southwest side of the island. From here you are only about a 15-minute drive to the National Park beaches. The main town—Cruz Bay—offers an array of bars, restaurants, and shops, and a grassy central square for relaxing. Because Cruz Bay is the most popular among visitors, there are many different types of activities such as sailing, scuba diving, and jet skiing. St. John also has many different hiking trails that range in length and difficulty, through Virgin Island's National Park, which makes up over 7,000 acres. In addition to hiking trails, there are coral reefs, beaches, historical ruins, and guided tours. For more cultural activities, every spring means the annual arrival of the St. John Blues Festival where nearly everyone on this island will be celebrating with live music, games, and more.

St John has no airport. Visitors fly into the Cyril E. King Airport on St Thomas, which is only 3 mi/5 km away by ferry. Ferries on St Thomas—from Charlotte Amalie or Red Hook—will bring you to Cruz Bay on St John.

Nearby Attractions: The island of St. John is also home to one of the top ten beaches in the world; Trunk Bay—a blue flag beach. This pristine beach has a snack bar, showers, lifeguards, and an underwater snorkeling trail. The National Park is home to wonderful hiking trails—Reef Bay is the most noteworthy. This easy hike passes through lush tropical forests and past the ruins of an old plantation. East End is home to some of the best snorkeling on the island and a few great restaurants to sample authentic Caribbean fare.

The property is situated behind a private electronic gate where there is parking available. The villa is comprised of four spacious pavilions joined together by various outdoor spaces. The grounds are surrounded by lush tropical gardens. From the property’s main level you can access the large L-shaped, covered patio with Infinity pool (12ft x 48ft) lined with lounge chairs. The tiled patio continues to a pool loggia with cable TV and DVD player with movies, refrigerated drawers for poolside snacks and drinks, and a guest bathroom. To the left of the pool deck is a covered pavilion with a dining table for alfresco meals, and outdoor kitchen with stainless steel grill, oven, and icemaker. There is also a laundry room accessible from outside.

Interior Description

The entire villa is an array of bold Caribbean colors, luxury furnishings and bedding—including hypoallergenic pillows on each bed. Every room has a view and the lush landscaping allows for privacy and seclusion.

Ground Floor: Through the entrance on the main level you’ll find the spacious, air-conditioned living room with vaulted cypress ceilings, a plasma TV, DVD player and movies, a card table, and two comfortable seating areas. Just around the corner is a guest bathroom. There is a beautiful gourmet kitchen, with a gas stove, island with prep sink, two dishwashers, microwave, oven, skylights, a variety of chef’s tools, and custom finishes. There is also a small desk area in the kitchen. Sliding pocket-doors from the kitchen lead straight out to the outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining area.
On this level, beyond the pool deck, you can access four of the villa’s suites, in a two-level pavilion. On the pool level the Indigo suite has two twin beds (can be arranged as a king upon prior request) and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity with a large granite shower. The Orange suite has a king-sized sleigh bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and an alfresco shower. This room also has a private screened porch with sea views.

Lower Level: An external staircase leads to the garden level and 3 suites below. The Yellow suite has a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a semi-alfresco shower. This room also has its own private screened porch that looks out towards the sea. The Pink suite has two twin beds (can be arranged as a king upon prior request) and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, granite shower and a bathtub. On this level a lawn with flagstones leads to the secluded Ginger suite. This room has a four-poster king-sized bed; an en-suite bathroom finished in gray granite with a double vanity and shower, and a private patio with ocean views.

Upper Level: An external staircase on the main level leads to the Blue suite, located above the main pavilion and living room area. This room has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and private balcony overlooking the pool.

All of the suites have there own separate entrance and are air-conditioned and have cable TV, a hair dryer, and a safe for valuables.
