A family or friends will enjoy this villa located in the hills of Sainte Maxime. As well as being located on a quiet, dead-end street, it is a short drive to the center of Sainte Maxime with many shops and a beach. Well-organized with a good layout and bright rooms, this French villa has a private swimming pool, a furnished terrace, views of the sea, and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Location Description

The villa is 1.4 km from the nearest beach and 3 km from Sainte Maxime, a picturesque town along the Cote d’Azur. Here you will find shops, markets, restaurants, a post office, bank, cinema, museum, as well as beaches. A pleasant place for a stroll is the town’s pier, where there are shops as well as an upscale restaurant. There is also a shoreline promenade with parks, pine trees, and the tourist office. For day trips, St Tropez is a chic destination and is full of lovely boutiques and restaurants along its cobbled streets. It is actually preferable to visit St Tropez without a car by using the small ferry that takes you across the bay. Cannes is renowned for its annual film festival and Grasse, which is inland, is known for its perfumeries and pleasant scenery.

This villa sits in a cul-de-sac in the Sainte Maxime hills. It has a fenced garden of plants, flowers, and trees that also offers views of the blue waters of the Mediterranean. There are three terraces, each with a table and chairs (two are large, and one is small). A private swimming pool (5m x 10m, 80 – 1.5 m deep, open April 1 to September 30) is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. There is a pool alarm. Parking for 2 cars is available within the property grounds. There is a petanque field.

Interior Description

(200 m2/2,153 ft2)
Ground Floor: There is a living room with several comfortable sofas, a large fireplace, a TV (local channels only) and DVD, and access to the terrace. A dining area has a table (for 10) with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a U.S. refrigerator, cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en suite bathroom with a sink, shower and tub, and exit to the terrace and pool area. There is also a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

First Floor: A staircase leads down to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm). The third and fourth bedrooms each have a double bed (140 cm), which is comfy for one and cozy for two. Each of the two small bathrooms has a sink, shower, and toilet. Three of the bedrooms have access to the terrace and pool.

Garden Floor: There is a large garage for one car and a washing machine.
