This house can perfectly accommodate a family or group of friends as it’s comprised of a Main Villa and a studio. While some might chose to walk to the beach, others may decide to enjoy by the private pool. Day trips abound from this location to such Cote d’Azur towns as Sainte Maxime, St Raphael, and St Tropez.

The property is located less than three kilometers from the beach resort town of St Aygulf, popular since the late 1800’s. In addition to the shops, markets, and restaurants you will find here, St Aygulf offers visitors many activities as well such as water sports, kayaking, cycling, and walking tours. A popular day trip destination nearby is Sainte Maxime, a picturesque town along the Cote d’Azur. Here you will find shops, markets, restaurants, a post office, bank, cinema, museum, and discotheque as well as beaches. A pleasant place for a stroll is the town’s pier, where there are shops as well as an upscale restaurant. There is also a shoreline promenade with parks, pine trees, and the tourist office. Other destinations can include St Tropez, Sainte Raphael and Grasse.

There is a private swimming pool (10m x 4m) surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers and chairs as well as a grass-landscaped lawn. There is also an outdoor shower. A covered terrace is furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs. The neighborhood also has a shared swimming pool that guests can use as well. The property is fenced and guests will have to enter an access code when entering. Parking is available within the grounds.

Ground Floor: There is a living room with a couch, chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, and access to the terrace and garden. A dining room has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Lower Ground Floor: A staircase leads down to one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and one pull-out bed (suitable for one). There is also a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
First Floor: A staircase leads up to one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and access to a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Studio (accessible from the garden):
Ground Floor: There is a living area with a couch, a kitchenette equipped with a cook-top, a bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Anything you need is available in St. Aygulf--excellent
restaurants, food shopping, pizza, and bakery.
Directions:
Did not use GPS--getting to the rental office was a challenge
but the rental people directed us to the villa perfectly.

Beachfront restaurants are better and more reasonable than expected.
