It is hard to beat the location of this hamlet just south of Florence and only 1 km from the town of Grassina. The charm of the old structure is combined with pleasant furnishing and beautiful views to provide a comfortable stay close to the heart of the Chianti region and to Florence, as well. There are 15 apartments in the complex, accommodating groups of any size.

Location Description

Located just 1 km from Grassina, which is on the Chiantigiana 222 road, the hamlet is well located for day trips throughout Tuscany. The town of Grassina is south of Florence and has a movie theater, outdoor market, restaurants, pizzerias, antique fair, sports facilities (tennis, golf, and a horseback riding center), and buses into Florence (a great way to travel into the city!). Florence is close at hand for day trips, as well as the entire Chianti region, along with Siena and San Gimignano.

Nearby Attractions: Explore the following top vineyards for tasting opportunities in the region: La Sala Winery (San Casciano), Il Solatione Winery (Mercatale Val di Pesa), Cennatoio Winery and Villa Cafaggio Winery (Panzano). Exterior Description

The hamlet is part of a 35-hectare estate with olive groves and vineyards. Shared among guests are large furnished outdoor areas, a swimming pool, 14 x 7 m, 1.4 m deep, which is open from early May to late September, with a Jacuzzi area, and a reception area with internet access. There is no internet reception in the individual units.
